Jeff was great. I had my car towed Sunday because it wouldn’t start. Monday morning they got to it right away and fortunately it was just a recall needing to be addressed. Jeff called me and gave me the great news and I had a wonderful start to my week. I love knowing I can get my car taken care of quickly by folks who know what they’re doing. Thanks for everything!

I’m not sure of the gentleman last name, but his first name was Bob, and treated me as if I’ve been a customer there for years. He was very respectful with good energy, and he had my car recalls taken care of. Even though I was only aware of one. So from now on Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac, will be the place that I take my car, and I’ll be sure to see Bob.

Very happy with the repair on my Corvette. Brent was very helpful and we even did a review of the vehicle to see if additional work was required. Jeff took care of the mechanical portion of my request and everything was done to my satisfaction.

Brandon the service advisor does a terrific job! He always greets me whenever I drop off my vehicle for service. He is knowledgeable and customer oriented. Having Brandon out in the service lane makes the whole process so much easier and less like a chore. He continues by keeping the customer updated on the work being performed and informs the customer of any upcoming service needs. Didn’t troubleshoot my squeaking issue. As soon as I picked up my vehicle and drove over the first speed bump i heard it. The technician claimed he never heard it.

Dealt with Mike White-third vehicle I have purchased from him. Highly recommend him to friends when they need to purchase a vehicle. He is very professional and easy to work with.
