The only problem I had was that I had my 2011 Impala serviced, tire rotation and NC inspection. The tire pressure monitoring system warning came after I left the dealership. I have talked to Brett in service about it and he told me to bring the car back in so they could maybe check the calibration. With all the ice we had I have not been able to do that yet but will as soon as I can. Brett was very nice and concerned about it.

My service advisor, Brandon did a terrific job on this visit, as he always does! I was checked in and greeted on arrival. Brandon answered all of my questions and already had the reason for my visit setup in the computer. While in the customer lobby, he kept me updated about work being done and called me promptly when my vehicle was ready in a little more than an hour. Brandon always delivers the very best customer service experience at the dealership! I’m completely satisfied!

I noticed a leakage of fluid coming from my car. I scheduled an appointment the next morning and by the afternoon I was informed my water pump was leaking. The service advisor Brett explained the cost of repairs and my Equinox was ready by end of day. Very satisfied with the service department!
