The BEST GM dealership!

Bill Black service is always a positive experience. Great people. Work well executed. My only complaint was the state of the sidewalls of the new tires I purchased. The car was returned to me clean, but please take a minute to clean the new tires that are covered with either material that’s on the tire sidewall from the manufacturer or put their during installation. It was very difficult to remove and I do a lot of my own detail work. It just looks bad when you walk up to the car and your tires look that awful. Maybe a small thing, but it’s an impression thing.

Ira that sold us the car was absolutely wonderful to work with the manager who went over all our paperwork explained everything in detail when I went to get the oil changed from the time I entered to the time I left.
