Service technician greeted me promptly as I entered the garage. He went over service items that I should have done and when I should have them done. I appreciated that with all the work I had done on my vehicle, I didn’t have to pay them to pay them.

Everyone at Bill Black Chevrolet makes you feel like you are their most important customer. Emily, who schedules service appts, is always friendly, upbeat and works within my schedule. Jeff Huffman, my service advisor, makes sure my Silverado gets to a service bay on time and keeps me informed throughout the process. I always know my truck is getting superb service with Jeff overseeing every step.
Quick shout out to Tobias, who is the tech guru in sales, too. I bought a new iPhone and it wasn’t connecting properly due to my error. After my service appt, I asked Tobias if he would take a look. He remembered me from 3 months earlier and immediately came out to help me. He figured out what I hadn’t done correctly in a few minutes and had my iPhone connected to my truck. Tobias is a terrific representation of what customer service should be!!

Was t good! My truck got hit while at your dealership. Right from bumper end. Bill la k gas yet to own up to it but offered to repair at their cost to me. Still over 900 00!!! Thats not good!

Every time I come in for questions or services, no one ever acknowledges me even if it’s just to say hello one moment or anything except for Robert McMillan I believe is his full name. Gentleman at the very end. I did express this to him though and will proceed to work with him as far as an agent moving forward, if I continue to get my services done at this location in the future.
